A 13-year-old girl in the U.S has been charged with “first degree making false alarms” after she allegedly made spurious accusations against her High School teacher.
The girl who attends Anderson High School in Ohio had claimed that one of her male teachers had sexually assaulted her and threatened to “kill her” if she told anyone about the incident.
The teacher on administrative leave while the incident, which allegedly took place in late September, was investigated and following this Forest Hills School District Superintendent Scot Prebles said
“I am proud to report that allegations regarding AHS’s teacher are not true based upon a Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department led investigation. Now we focus on how to best address the needs of the student and support for our teacher,”.
