An 18-month-old baby boy has been killed after being struck by a tractor in Co Cork.
The incident is believed to have happened at a yard near the family’s farm in Killeagh at around lunchtime today (Thursday)
Paramedics were called to the scene and efforts were made to save the little boy.
Gardaí have described the incident as a tragic accident. A post mortem is due to be carried out later today at Cork University hospital.
