A 19-year-old man has been arrested at Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport in connection with the Manchester Arena atrocity.
The young man is the 23rd person arrested in connection with the bombing that left 22 people dead inside the Manchester Arena on May 22 last, after UK-born of Lybian descent Salman Abedi detonated an explosive device at the end of an Ariana Grande concert.
UK authorities have concluded that while Abedi may have acted alone, other people may have been aware, or have colluded implicitly with him
