According to a recent opinion poll, Sinn Féin’s support is declining, down four points from the previous survey conducted two months ago, reports RTE.
The party is now at 25% in the Business Post Red C poll, down from 29% in the most recent survey conducted at the end of November.
While Fianna Fáil has gained one point to 17%, support for Fine Gael remained stable at 20%.
With a two-point increase, the Independents now stand at 15%, while the Social Democrats remain at 6%, reports RTE.
The Green Party is still at 4% of the vote, while support for Labour is at 4% as well.
Aontú is up one point to 3%, while People Before Profit/Solidarity is stable at 3%.
Others remain at 3% unchanged, reports RTE.
