The bodies of at least 45 people have been recovered from under wreckage and hundreds of passengers have been injured after 14 cars of an express train derailed near the town of Pukhrayan in Uttar Pradesh in northern India.
Emergency services are currently at the scene where they believe the death toll with rise dramatically over the coming hours as the wreckage is spread over a 100 metre distance.
