Gardaí are investigating the discovery of a body in a burnt-out car in Swords, Co Dublin. The remains were found before midday at Killeek Bridge on Killeek Lane after emergency services responded to a car fire.
Dublin Fire Brigade extinguished the blaze, revealing human remains. The scene is sealed, with the State Pathologist and Garda Technical Bureau involved.
The gender of the remains is unknown, and DNA analysis is likely needed for identification.
