It is understood that a six-car collision has taken place in Cork city. According to sources the scale of injuries is as of yet unknown.
It is believed there is a number of Emergency service vehicles at the scene of the multi-car collision in the eastbound lane outside the city’s Jack Lynch tunnel.
One lane is closed to traffic, and there are significant delays.
