It has been revealed that Irish comedian and singer Brendan Grace is currently battling lung cancer.
According to The Irish Mirror newspaper, Grace, 68, was found to have the illness after he was hospitalised with pneumonia within the past few weeks.
The news of Grace’s condition was confirmed by a spokesperson close to the star who said that Brendan is currently undergoing treatment at this time.
The spokesperson also confirmed that his upcoming tour in Ireland and the UK scheduled for July/August has been cancelled.
They added that Brendan and his family are grateful for the public’s support at this time.
