Concerns rise as 40 new cases of Covid-19 get detected in the Republic of Ireland

Concerns are rising in Ireland with the numbers of cases growing now at what appears to be and upward trend.

Late yesterday, the Department of Health confirmed that no one has died from coronavirus but that there were 40 more cases of Covid-19 confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.

In an announcement, the Department confirmed that there are currently 25,912 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,763 deaths.
