Health authorities have given Carroll’s Cuisine the green light to resume production operations following a recent Covid-19 outbreak.
Nine staff members had tested positive in recent weeks, prompting management to test all 330 people working at the plant.
It is understood that Carroll’s Cuisine will reopen immediately.
