A leading doctor has warned of severe health issues affecting coronavirus survivors, including strokes and inflammation of the brain.
Dr. Hadi Mandji, a consultant neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neuroscience in London, recently published a joint report in which he and other medical experts warned of complications such as strokes and other brain-related illnesses in coronavirus patients.
The symptoms might show up even if the patient did not experience any severe respiratory illness.
