Schools will remain closed until January 11th at least as Ireland desperately attempts to curtail the spread of coronavirus.
Schools were originally scheduled to reopen on January 6th, but the recent spike in Covid-19 cases has laid waste to such plans.
Ireland will remain in Level 5 lockdown until January 31st at least.
