It is understood that, upon exiting Level 5, Ireland will enter an ‘enhanced’ Level 3.
Non-essential shops will open, and so will restaurants and pubs that offer ‘substantial’ meals.
So-called ‘wet pubs’ however are likely to remain shut for the remainder of the year and beyond.
