Ex-Anglo CEO David Drumm has been granted bail today, with a set of strict conditions attached; he must provide two independent sureties of €50,000 -€25,000 in cash-, he must surrender his passport and not apply for a new one, and sign on twice daily at a Garda station.
Mr. Drumm will be held at Cloverhill prison until all bail terms are resolved, probably by tomorrow.
The ex-Anglo chief faces 33 charges relating to allegedly fraudulent loans made between the financial institution and Irish Life & Permanent, among other illicit activities.
