A decapitated head has been found outside The Fayrouz Lounge, a shisha café in the centre of Amsterdam at 7:30 am this morning.
The head belongs to a man who’s body was discovered yesterday in a burning car just outside the city. The 23-year-olds remains has been identified and he was described a being known to police.
The gruesome incident is the aftermath of rival drug gangs.
