The Department of Health has confirmed 7,836 new cases in the past 24 hours.
In an announcement the Department also confirmed that there has been 17 further Covid-19 related deaths.
The Department of Health say has 2,263 new cases confirmed in Dublin, whilst there are 1,373 Cork, 496 in Louth, 345 are in Limerick, 340 in Meath and the remaining 3,019 cases are cross the country.
They also there are currently 88 people in ICU whilst there are currently 921 in hospital with Covid-19.
