Some prepay Three Ireland customers have been billed today up to €260, and even some have been disconnected altogether.
It appears some sort of computer error has seen prepay customers either receive bill payers’ bills through a crossover error or that the mobile data and call plan the prepay customer thought that were on was either changed or a computer error miscalculated the entire process.
Either way many Three customers took to social media to exclaim they’ve been heavily charged.
