Don’t get caught out: English Rugby Board warns Irish fans about buying third party tickets as they could be refused entry to Saturday’s match




Irish rugby fans are being urged not to buy tickets via a third party ahaed of Saturday’s Grand Slam decider against England.

In a statement made on Monday the English Rugby Football Union warned fans traveling over from Ireland that they could be refused entry to the match if they are attempting to get in by using a ticket purchased from a thirty party.

The warning comes after a number of websites such as Viagogo and Stubhub, have been seen selling tickets ranging from €900 t0 €5,000.

In attempt to cut out ticket touting in the past, all rugby unions involved in the Six Nations have agreed to strict guidelines that only allows the sale of tickets via the host country’s rugby board.
