Footage has emerged purporting to show Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of extremist organisation ISIS.
Intelligence services believed that al-Baghdadi had been killed or seriously wounded in an airstrike back in 2017.
The footage appears to show someone who resembles an older al-Baghdadi, without any visible injury, speaking of recent events and praising the Sri Lanka massacre.
Security analysts are trying to ascertain the authenticity of the footage below:
