Four-hundred Ukrainian men have begun training on state-of-the-art M1 Abrams tanks, it has been confirmed today.
These US-manufactured military machines are far superior to anything Russia can field in Ukraine at the present time.
During the Gulf War, for instance, Abrams crews had a 10:1 kill ratio, all against Soviet-made T-54, T-55, T-62, and T-72 models. None of these antiques could withstand a direct hit from the Abrams’ armor-piercing rounds. No Abrams was lost to enemy fire for the entirety of that conflict.
A similar outcome is expected in Ukraine. Once M1 Abrams main battle tanks enter the fray, there’s very little Russian tankers can do except for turning around and run the other way as fast as they can to avoid obliteration.
