Gardaí in Co Donegal have begun an investigation after a number of telephone masts were damaged in Letterkenny.
It is understood the investigation comes after two masts were set on fire on Sunday night.
Gardaí say the masts on the Circular Road and Long Lane where sustained extensive damage following the incident.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
