A Dublin concert was shut down by gardai after a gang of 30 youths turned aggressive leaving the force with no option but to shut it down.

It’s understood that African artist Naira Marley’s concert was shut down by gardai after up to 30 youths turned aggressive in the premises with one man being arrested and a number of weapons, including knives seized by an gardai.

The violent disturbance happened at Lost Lane near Grafton Street on Saturday night before the headline musician took to stage.

It’s understood that one young man was arrested with a number of weapons seized by gardai and an investigation launched into how things got out of control.
