Good weather spell set to end as milder temperatures and showers expected this weekend




Over the past week Ireland has experienced summer like weather, but it seems the dry spell and warm temperatures are set to disappear this weekend.

According to Met Eireann, the outlook for the coming weekend will be slightly cooler and some heavy showers are expected.

It is expected that the North and East of the country will experience heavy downpours on Saturday as temperatures will range between 13 to 17C.

Although those living further West will experience drier conditions early in the thd day.

Sunday will see scattered showers that will clear later in the day as temperatures are expected to range between 13 and 16c.

The national forecaster also say it will be considerably colder a night time as temperatures are expected to range between 6 to 10C.
