In a tragic incident, a grandmother died and her grandson was injured after an electric vehicle drove off a cliff in Spain.
According to Sky News, the woman who was the UK, had been riding an electric vehicle similar to a scooter. Police have started an investigation into the incident but it is not yet known what caused the woman to crash.
The accident took place in the Serra Gelada Natural Park in Benidorm and the woman’s 8-year-old grandson also suffered injuries. Another person was with the pair, also riding a similar vehicle. They tried to get down to the woman but were injured in the process.
Efforts are being made to help the family of the woman and her grandson.
