There is some good news for prospective Trinity College students this evening, as the construction of a massive, 6-storey, 250-unit accommodation block has been greenlighted.
The new facility will be built on Pearse St., on the site where Oisín House is currently standing.
The original plan, which was opposed by An Taisce and rejected last July, called for the construction of a seven-storey, 13,800-sq scheme with room for 278 units.
