A major investigation has started after a 10-month-old baby boy has tragically died after choking on a piece of food at a creche.
The incident happened at Bright Horizons Nursery in Edinburgh, Scotland, on last Tuesday but a thorough investigation has just gotten underway this morning.
The boy was rushed to hospital, where he died the following day.
It’s not known what food the boy choked on but authorities are also examining CCTV.
