Iran has put an $80m bounty on Donald Trump’s head in the aftermath of the killing of General Qasem Soleimani.
The announcement was made during a televised speech, where broadcasters said that the $80m bounty equals to $1 for every Iranian. The country has a population of around 80m people.
Soleimani, one of Iran’s most powerful people, was killed in a drone strike on Wednesday, a move that may have far-reaching repercussions in the already precarious balance of power in the region.
