An Irish watchdog has fined Meta €265m over a data breach.
The Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) issued the fine following a breach in which personal data of hundreds of millions of users was compromised.
No fewer than 533 million Meta users saw their names, phone numbers, and email addresses published online.
