Around 2am Irish time, Australian police smashed the doors of 10 men who they believe are part of the terror group ISIS.
The police foiled a plan to snatch a random citizen off the street and behead him in the heart of central Sydney.
The terrorists planned on beheading the man in Martin Place. Irish backpackers will be familiar with Martin Place because it’s one of the busiest train stops in Sydney, and it falls right between Pitt St and George St.
They then planned to drape an ISIS flag over his body and upload the video to YouTube.
Counter terrorism forces in Australia foiled their plan and these thugs have been caught before the attack could take place.
