The ISIS Bride Lisa Smith remains in Garda custody this morning, after landing in Dublin on Sunday.
It is understood that Ms. Smith is being held at Kevin Street Garda Station, where she’s reportedly being questioned about her activities in Syria and elsewhere by top brass gardai.
The Irish Mirror reports that Ms. Smith’s lawyer has said that the case against her is ‘weak’, and that physical presence in Syria ‘is not a crime.’
