
As of Thursday, 419 admitted patients are waiting on trolleys in hospitals throughout Ireland, reports Breaking News.
According to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO), University Hospital Limerick has the highest number of these patients, with 103. It is followed by University Hospital Galway with 52, and Letterkenny University Hospital with 31.
Out of the total number of people waiting for hospital beds, 282 are in emergency departments, while 137 are located in wards, reports Breaking News.
