The Labour Party have voted unanimously in favour of Willie Penrose’s Personal Insolvency Bill.
The new Bill will reportedly will see a new system were the playing field will be leveled and a change to the banks and financial institutions strong dominance enforced on people who are in negative equity.
Labour TD for the Midlands North West Jack Wall has welcomed the motion saying it was clear from contributions made at last nights meeting that this is a massive issue across the country.
