Sir George Martin has sadly passed away at the age of 90.
Popularly known as the ‘fifth Beatle’, he worked with the world-renowned band and greatly contributed to their enormous success. Martin also worked with other acts, such as Gerry and the Pacemakers, Dame Shirley Bassey and Cilla Black.
Tributes have been pouring in for the producer, with Beatles drummer Ringo Starr among other saying that ‘Sir George will be missed.’
