The native Irish population of the quaint village of Dundrum, Co. Tipperary will see an influx of migrants soon as the government ignores the objections of locals and the Department of Children sign a contract to plant 277 migrant men in the Dundrum House Hotel.
The people of Dundrum, around 220 people currently, once saw the Dundrum House Hotel as the centre of their cultural and social life being the only hotel in the town it was popular for family dinners and events from Christenings to weddings to funerals.
Ukrainian families were initially housed at the hotel in 2022 but now it will be used to accommodate migrants who will significantly increase the population of the indigenous Irish of the picturesque town in the heart of the Golden Vale.
While some in the town are resolute in their determination to continue protests against the demographic destruction of their community, with some saying that “there is fear that order-following Gardai will visit the same kind of violence and thuggery upon them as they have done to other communities such as Newtownmountkennedy should they mount peaceful resistance.”
There are also bizarre and suspicious claims surrounding the ownership of the Dundrum House Hotel and the tiny company run by a woman in Spain awarded the multi million euro contract to accommodate the migrant planters at the hotel.
Tipperary Councillor Liam Brown highlighted this sating on social media “There are also serious issues around the ownership and planning status of Dundrum House, which are currently being investigated in the courts.”
The Councillor bravely also stated what is known reality but is rarely articulated by anyone in the political and media class regarding these plantation contracts posting:
“I’ve said from the beginning, in my opinion, this is a money racket, and once again, we’re seeing millions of euro of taxpayers money being paid out, with only the barest of accountability.”
