Gardai in Co Cork have confirmed that a man aged in his 50s has died following a road traffic incident on Tuesday.
It is understood the man was killed following a two vehicle collision on the N20 in Ballybeg, near Buttevant, at approximately 10.50pm on Tuesday.
Gardaí say the driver and two passengers of another vehicle were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
They added that an investigation is currently ongoing.
