Greater Manchester Police have arrested a 23-yr-old man in connection to last night’s evil terrorist attack at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester Arena.
The Arndale Shopping Centre was closed off at 11:30am and it’s believed police arrested a man in the shopping centre but it hasn’t been confirmed whether this is the same 23-yr-old man that official word has been issued on.
