Met Eireann has confirmed miserable weather conditions for the next 3 weeks, with less rain possible towards the end of August.
According to the national forecaster, Ireland will experience dire weather until at least August 21, with frequent showers and above average (even by Irish standards) rainfall.
The only relatively good news is that it may rain somewhat less during the last week in August.
