The national forecaster has warned of atrocious weather conditions over the coming weekend.
According to Met Eireann, there will be thunderstorms, hail showers, and temperatures barely reaching 12-13C.
Saturday will see a mix of bright periods and showers, but things are set to take a turn for the worse by Sunday, with hail showers and the possibility of thunderstorms throughout the day.
The general outlook is for a period of unsettled weather continuing into next week, with dry periods and heavy showers in store.
