Met Eireann is warning of overnight showers of rain and sleet across northern areas, with temperatures expected to sink to -3C at times.
Sleet showers will mainly affect counties Donegal, Armagh, Londonderry, Down, and Tyrone.
There will be some clearer throughout the night, with frost likely to form before dawn.
