Met Eireann wrong again as no heavy snowfalls came overnight

It certainly got colder yesterday with a notable dip in temperature, but thankfully there was no heavy snowfalls as forecast.

Temps got down to -3c overnight with a very light sprinkle of snow but literally just a sprinkle and light shower here and there around the country.

Easter Sunday started off cold but sunny with conditions to improve throughout the week with eventual Spring-like weather to return from the weekend onwards again.

Tuesday is forecast to be another cold, but mostly dry day, with daytime temperatures reaching 7C at best, and night time temperatures sinking to -3C at times.
