The Met Office is saying that the UK could see snow around Christmas for the first time since 2010.
According to the agency, temperatures appear set to drop dramatically over the coming weeks, with lows of -8C possible.
The UK is likely to experience cooler temperatures starting later this week as northerly air moves in.
