If you are a gamer of a certain age, you will probably have fond memories of the pre-internet gaming era, when Sonic the Hedgehog and co. ruled the sitting room.
Gaming company Sega is about to release a bunch of the old Megadrive classics through Steam, the PC delivery platform, to cast today’s gamers back to a less indecorous age of gaming goodness.
Sega promises flawless emulation of all your favourite games, including local co-op, full keyboard and gamepad support, and even a save option, so you don’t have to complete games in one long slog, as it used to be.
The SEGA Mega Drive Classics Hub will be available via Steam from April 28.
