There was some more good news on the jobs front today as US technology giant Microsoft confirmed that it is to create 200 new at its Dublin base.
The allocation of extra jobs is thought to be part of a major expansion at the base after the company confirmed it was already committed to providing 500 positions in Ireland.
A spokesperson for Microsoft said the new roles will include Technical and Solutions Sales Specialists, along with language specialists.
Following today’s announcement Microsoft say there will be over 700 people employed in its Dublin base.
