Motorists are advised to proceed with caution whilst driving today as a yellow status rainfall warning has been put in place for most parts of Leinster and Munster.
According to Met Éireann, the warning has been put in place as 25mm to 35mm of rainfall is expected to fall throughout Sunday morning and afternoon.
The warning will be in place from 6am until 6pm this evening.
