A new case of the deadly Ebola disease has been confirmed in a major city in Congo.
A patient has tested positive in the city of Wangata, a locality of almost 1.2m people in the northwestern area of the country.
This signifies a major escalation in the crisis, as the current outbreak was thought to have been confined to remote rural areas.
