A new report has revealed that house prices in Dublin are considerably more expensive if the property is located within a 1km radius of a Luas stop.
In some cases, the difference is up to €60,000.
On average, a property located near a Luas stop goes for €446,000, which is just over €60,000 more than average prices across the capital.
