Tech giant Apple is expected to pay up €13bn it owes to Ireland in back taxes before the summer.
The funds will reportedly be paid into a escrow account, the custodian of which has yet to be revealed.
The EU ruled that Apple must pay back the money after finding that the firm had been given preferential tax treatment in Ireland for a number of years.
Both Apple, and curiously, Ireland, are appealing the ruling.
