Up to 1 million vaccine certificates will be sent out to people before lunchtime today, the HSE says.
Some 750,000 certs were emailed to people between Monday and Tuesday with a further 250,000 being sent out this morning before lunchtime.
People are advised to check their Spam folder for the vaccine cert as some people say that they’ve found them in there.
Only people who are double-vaccinated will be receiving the cert so that they can dine indoors.
