Pharmacists nationwide have urged the public particularly the elderly to get the flu vaccine this Autumn.
The vaccine which prevents people from developing a high strain of the virus, is being recommended to Pregnant women, people with chronic illnesses and healthcare workers.
Pharmacists also say those who are classed as high-risk and hold a medical card can get the vaccine for free at your local pharmacy.
