Polish business group Colian Holdings has acquired Lily O’Brien’s for €40m.
The chocolate firm, which was founded by Mary Ann O’Brien back in 1992, had a turnover of over €30m in 2016.
Ms. O’Brien will remain as director and consultant after the buyout is complete.
